Tweaking the Schedule.

As you saw from yesterday’s highly stylized and fancy update… you can tell I made it because I’m so good at graphic design (oh god no someone stop me next time)… we’re making a slight change to the update schedule starting with the posting of Issue 25, the concluding chapter of Star Power & The Choir of Doctor Hymn.  We will continue to post new content every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but instead of having the lore entries, convention reminders, and in-house ads in the break we’re going to spread them throughout the Issues.  Maybe a convention reminder every fourth page, and maybe a lore entry for an alien race or organization on the fourth page after that.

We’ve stuck with the same update schedule for five years now, and we felt it was time to change things up a bit.  We toyed with the idea of updating more pages all at once, perhaps six at a time, and having more downtime in between.  That idea was scrapped because we didn’t like the idea of an inactive website.  We feel this new schedule helps keep the site more “alive” and will hopefully do away with the between-Issue breaks altogether.  We’ll see how this works.  If it’s something everyone likes, hooray!  If it doesn’t work, we’ll just try something else.

I’m looking forward to this new format.  I mean, I surely won’t it to extend a cliffhanger page one extra day and make you wait through the weekend to see how it resolves.  I would never do that.

Hee.

Hee hee.
